Getting to Vava’u can require a stopover in Fiji if your coming from Australia and there are limited flights in and out of the Island. A stay of 8 nights is recommend which will give you plenty of time to take in all of the activities available. Please get in touch with your intended length of stay and we can check inbound and outbound flights as dates may have to be flexible.

The maximum number of guests fishing is 4. Smaller groups are certainly available upon request. The Island of vava’u is very family friendly and you encouraged to bring them along on your fishing holiday if you wish. The accommodation is mostly twin share however rooms for families are also available. The resort provides child care facilities and there are plenty of activities to keep the kids amused during your stay.

The fishing season we operate in Tonga will from early June until end of September. Not only is this the ultimate time to fish the region but it is also in the best time of year to swim with the migrating Humpback whales. Bookings are essential though with some companies booked out 18 months in advance.
