In terms of fishing destinations, it does not get any better then the picturesque Whitsunday’s. On the edge of the world famous Great Barrier Reef you can expect to catch anything from Red Emperor and Coral Trout to Marlin, Sailfish, Spanish Mackerel, Tuna and GTs.

Fishing the waters of the Whitsundays can provide an unforgettable experience for not only the most season anglers but also the most unexperienced fisherman. With Half-day to 1 week packages available, Outside Edge Adventures can provide you with a Whitsundays fishing experience not to be forgotten.

How Long Is It For ?

We can assist in bookings for half-day or full day fishing experiences along with extended 3 day fishing packages. 4 day charters on a custom built 12 bedroom mothership are also available upon request. Depending on the scale of your group, Outside Edge Adventures will have most bases covered in the Whitsundays.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN GO ?

With 2 large fishing vessels available we can book trips for up to 20 people. Customised private charters are also available for smaller groups. Outside Edge Adventures also provides the option of a 4 night live aboard charter on the Outer reef for 12 guests. All packages from small to large are tailored to suit your needs.

When Does It Operate ?

The Whitsundays provides great fishing opportunities all year round. The best time of year to target Marlin and other pelagic species is from May-November however reef species can be caught all year round. Depending on the species you wish to target, Outside Edge Adventures can organise everything along the way to give you the best chance to boat your prized fish..
