Welcome to an Outside Edge Adventures holiday with a twist. Utilizing a private, architecturally designed retreat on 3 acres, with 180 degree ocean views, you will experience a couples retreat in pure luxury. This holiday takes you to the spectacular Coromandel Coast on New Zealand’s north island. The four day holiday will see the men experience some amazing fishing or golf, while the women relax with yoga, hiking, beach activities and visits to local wineries. Are you already hooked? Upon completion of the day, couples will enjoy the beautiful views from your private retreat and enjoy gourmet food by a local chef and delicious wine to finish the evening. Nathan Reardon, a former professional cricketer and owner of Outside Edge Adventures has a huge passion for exploring the world of fishing and adventures and is excited to be offering 2 couples escapes for 2019. Our 2018 retreat was a huge success and we are coming back even better this year to ensure you and your partner enjoy a relaxing few days New Zealand’s Coromandel Coast. To add to the experience we will have our own personal chef joining the retreat however get in fast as we have limited spots on each retreat.

How Long Is It For ?

The exclusive retreat will be for 4 days and 4 nights. A more detailed itinery will be provided upon inquiry.

How Many People Can Go ?

The package will be for between 4 couples only. The small group size allows us to insure the quality and personalized experience is one to be remembered.

When Does It Operate ?

The package will be October 31st - November 4th and November 6th - 10th, 2019. For inquiries over 4 couples, additional dates can be made. When the numbers have been finalized, flights will be arranged to arrive into Auckland airport around similar times from whichever airport you depart from.

What Is The Cost ?

The price will be based on rooms. 2 upstairs rooms will be @ $5850 per couple and 2 downstairs rooms @ $5450 per couple. We have an additional room which doesn’t have a bathroom associated which which is available should we have a request from a 5th couple.

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES

Accommodation will be your own architecturally designed house on 3 acres with 180 degree ocean views. Each couple will have their own private room, 2 with King beds and 2 with Queen. Enjoy comfortable living and dining areas inside with a beautiful outdoor entertaining area to soak up the beautiful views by the wood fireplace.

Beautiful healthy food will be provided and cooked by our personal chef during your stay.

Locally sourced beer and wine and champagne will be provided during your stay, however any spirits will be at an additional cost.

Transfers - Hire cars are provided during your stay. You will be collected from the Auckland airport and we have approximately a 2 and half hour drive to the destination of Whitianga. On arrival to the private house, you will be welcomed with champagne and cheese.

Fishing boats will leave out of Whitianga on the beautiful Mercury bay. There is a wide variety of species on offer however Coromandel is well known for its massive yellowtail Kingfish. Also expect to catch Snapper, Giant Hapuka, John Dory, Sea Bass and Blue Nose.
